Position Summary: Manage and instruct truck drivers as well as oversee maintenance on truck fleet for GNF Trucking

Role Qualifications:
Gather and interpret relevant inventory management data and monitor key performance data to anticipate customer service problems, opportunities and risks

Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task at a very high level and very fast pace while thinking quickly and clearly, must have sound judgment
Previous trucking and maintenance knowledge and be well versed with DOT regulations
Ability to manage, listen, and direct employees and vendors as well as partner with and ensure the days tasks are met
Position Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Review and gather customer inventory levels and reconcile daily
Communicate with sites for corrections as needed and adjust loads
Analyze, evaluate and dispatch in line with customer needs
Fuel Dispatch and Pricing
Forecast and set loads for future shifts
Evaluate, adjust and monitor dispatched loads
Price and coordinate daily dispatch of fuel with vendors
Review drivers hours of service ensuring safety and in line with DOT regulations
Prioritize and assign loads by inventory, customer, price, pull points and geography
Dispatch virtual trucks to outside carriers
Customer Service
Receive and gather customer orders and communicate instructions to drivers
Ability to defuse situations, research problems and address concerns as needed
Truck Maintenance
Track and coordinate required truck maintenance, update and maintain DOT maintenance records
Communicate with drivers and vendors for scheduling required maintenance
Ability to coordinate truck and load changes due to breakdowns and quickly route deliveries to maintain schedule minimizing downtime and maintenance expense
Essential Skills and Experience
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
1-2 years Transportation Dispatch experience is preferred
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, email/scheduling software
Must have working knowledge of DOT regulations
Ability to understand spoken/written English

standards.
Complying with cGMP and other agency standards and practices as it relates

This position is responsible for the improvement of cost of capital tied up in the inventory by analyzing forecast accuracy (forecasted product demand and actual order input);synthesize data into an overall manufacturing plan; communicate that plan to all affected parties; and coordinate materials and production activities through departmental managers to meet customer delivery schedules. Likewise, the position is responsible for maintaining target inventory through formulated inventory policies, procedures and promoters relative to replenishment and safety stock that will minimize lost sales due to stock-outs or obsolescence wild consistently maintaining company's target working capital and service level.
Responsible include but are not limited too:
Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendation for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Develops or assists with he development and implementation of policies and procedures consistently to ensue efficient operation of the unit.
Undertakes cost-benefit studies and recommends for alternatives hat are more cost-effective. Analyze data to monitor performance and plan working capital improvements through ABC & EOQ analysis and other planning inventory method such as vendor managed inventory, master production plan, materials requirement planning, distribution requirement planning, and capacity analysis.
Enhance SAP utilization or other Planning methods such as MRP and DRP.
Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements on service level, working capital stock-outs, obsolescence, and forecast accuracy.
Communicates and coordinates master production plan,material requirement plan, distribution requirement plan, and capacity plan to all concerned department in order to meet customer demand.
Monitors production output (PDM), backorder (CS report), Working Capital, and FIX (forecast accuracy).
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company's equipment, conveyors, building and grounds that minimizes interruptions in operations and ensures employee safety. Develops preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life, reliability, and safe operation. Supervises the Maintenance Department staff and manages maintenance budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance: Provide vehicles, buildings, company grounds and general
maintenance service as needed. Tour warehouse on a regular basis to ensure buildings and equipment are safe and ready to operate. Make recommendations to senior management on programs to improve the maintenance function. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities that will minimize disruptions in warehouse operations and ensure the maximum useful life of the equipment. Monitor all materials handling equipment (MHE) maintenance activities, making sure that all equipment is serviced as required.
Safety, Sanitation, Security: Enforce established safety, health, stock rotation
contamination and housekeeping policies and procedures to minimize staff injuries,
lost production time, damage and contamination of product. Monitor security
systems and enforce security policies and procedures adhering to all state, federal
and company requirements. Interact with trash hauling and salvage companies to
ensure that services are provided. Operate in accordance with OSHA and other
applicable standards.
Labor Management: Direct the operations of the maintenance work team to achieve
prescribed objectives. In collaboration with HR, maintain a productive work team by creating programs for hiring, training and professional development. Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching and disciplining associates. Monitor performance to recommend promotions, wage increases and terminations.
Documentation / Reporting: Track building and equipment repair and monitoring
preventive maintenance programs. Responsible for department budget and
controlling expenses.
Purchasing: Purchase parts, supplies, and fuel necessary to perform required
maintenance. Maintain a cost-effective parts replacement program and inventory.
Negotiate, follow up and enforce any maintenance contracts with outside vendors.
